My mother has had a pressure sore for almost a year, we have tried various approaches, including Santyl with calcium alginate dressing, it worked very well for a while but then all granulation stopped. I bought Medihoney, started using it and it immediately started granulating and also grew skin over the pressure sore, at the same time the sore itself started closing, with the use of two boxes it has gone from a 2 1/2 inches all around to 1 inch. I am now ordering another box and believe this one will complete the healing. Wonderful product.
